Why four ranges

Most home decor stores sell everything and stand for nothing. Four ranges is what one person can choose properly, one product at a time. Each piece is picked for its material and its shape, then left alone. The ranges grow slowly or not at all.

What things are made of

Wool, linen, jute, ceramic and brass — and faux fur where faux fur is the point.

The faux fur throws are 98% microfiber polyester. That is what faux fur is, and the product page says so rather than calling it something softer. Every product page names the material, the measured size and the colorway on the label.

How an order reaches you

We work with a small number of specialist suppliers in the United States, not a single warehouse. Your order goes to the supplier within one business day. Most orders arrive 3–8 business days after that, with tracking on every parcel.

Delivery is free on every order. There is no threshold to reach and no minimum basket.

Two items can ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel carries its own tracking number, so neither one goes quiet.

Orders arrive in supplier packaging, not branded Sokodai boxes. We would rather say that than have you wonder when the box turns up — the money it saves is the money that keeps delivery free.

If it is not right

You have 30 days to send anything back, for any reason at all.

Most returns need nothing shipped. Email us with your order number, and on orders under $75 we usually approve the refund on the strength of that email. Where an item does need to come back, we send a prepaid label and the address. You never pay return postage.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or simply wrong, send a photo. A replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and nothing for you to pay.
